Hi, I'm Bob Weaver, the "Bob" in BestLoanBob.

As a Broker - Investor, I bring a varied background and multiple skills to help clients and families make sound financial decisions and implement them in a smooth, resourceful, and cost-effective manner.

I've been a real estate broker since 1973. I came back to these early roots after a career as an attorney and principal in several securities and investment banking firms. I am happily married to Kimberly, a former elementary school teacher. I love the ocean, having grown up in La Jolla and currently living in South Mission Beach.

I am also a general contractor, and insurance agent.

I earned a Master Degree in Business Finance from San Diego State University, with an undergraduate degree in Economics and Management. My Doctor of Laws Degree is from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

Successfully helping clients and associates finance valuable properties in Southern California, I realize this is a major financial event in the lives of most people and I strive to make it easy and understandable for them.
